Indie Dev in need of a good PC. (~3k $)
I'm a solo indie dev who creates Android/iOS horror games using Unity. I want to build a new PC that fits my needs since the PC I'm currently using is very very slow. There are several programs I use creating a horror game. The heavy programs I use the most are (in order from most used to less): Unity, Blender, Photoshop and After Effects (for traileteaser video's). I often have the first 3 programs open at the same time, combined with multiple browser tabs. With every program I've experienced lag/stutter depending on the thing I'm doing. This is my third post here, first I was waiting for the RTX 3080 release and then I was waiting for the new AMD release, so once again I'm here to ask some questions.
In my experience my computer had the most problems with the following tasks: Building the game in Unity, baking the lights in Unity, having multiple layers in Photoshop or sculpting in Blender. Besides this what I find really annoying is the compile time after making a small change in the code in Unity (8~ sec) + the startup times from my project in Unity and Photoshop.
Besides this, I like to game as well. I usually play League of Legends / CSGO / Miscreated. Playing LoL and CSGO are do-able on my PC, but Miscreated runs slow. Besides this I'd love to be able to play Rust as well, I'm unable to do this as of right now.
The main reason I buy this PC is for my work, the other reasons are gaming / Netflix etc. Around 80% usage is for work only, so this is the most important part for me.
For gaming I'd like to run these settings: Resolution: 1920 x 1080, Framerate: 144 capped or above, I'd like to be able to run the highest quality possible in games like Miscreated / Rust, I know these requirements are pretty high. I'm currently using a monitor only (shame on me as an indie dev right?), but perhaps I'll want to upgrade to two monitors in the future.
My budget is around 3k $.

I currently develop mobile games only, but I intend to soon create a mobile game that I'll port to Steam as well. And I intend to make a VR version of the game too. A good GPU is important for creating nice quality graphics PC games and for VR games. The reason for that many GB's is because I want to be able to continue working while my PC is building my project or baking the lights for my project. I'm looking for a silent computer, I don't like to much noise. And I want a good number of USB slots, but I think most motherboards have this nowadays.
Is this setup good? Are the things I've chosen compatible? I'm hoping to hear from you guys what you think of my list.
